Plans in place to turn prime Peterborough property into residential/
commercial development
Planning is well underway to transform a swath of prime Lansdowne Street West real estate into a residential/commercial development.
The owners of the former United Canadian Malt property, located on the south side of Lansdowne between Park Street and Monaghan Road, are in the planning stages to turn the existing food manufacturing plant into residential units. They are also planning to build three, L-shaped residential/commercial complexes along the vacant Lansdowne property.
