Old United Canadian Malt building sold, new owners have plans for commercial development
A vacant industrial building located at one of the city's key intersections has been sold.
The old United Canadian Malt building, which closed last year, has been sold to Evergreen Leasing Inc., a company owned by J.R. And David McGee of Peterborough.
The art deco-style building, located at Lansdowne and Park streets, directly across from Home Depot, is an eight-acre parcel featuring a large industrial building.
